This place is quiet, comfortable and clean. I would stay here again. Lisa is great with communication as well. It take about 25-30 mins to get to NOLA from here for those wondering.

The only other side note I will offer is that if you are traveling with a walker it will not fit through the bathroom doors. My father is law managed just fine but someone who is 100 depended on this may want to skip this booking. Again this is just info not a judgement on the property at all. It's a great place!!!

The Blind Tiger was one of our favorite spots to eat and enjoy. The drive between Slidell & New Orleans was a simple commute and gave us quiet from the busy of downtown. We enjoyed the back deck and dock. It was very peaceful. Highlight of the house.
We didn’t use the pool.
The only bathroom with counter space is in the master & the showerhead in the other downstairs bathroom faces the shower door, so our parents had issues with turning on the shower without getting sprayed.
Other than that minor issue, we had zero problems and enjoyed the house.
We did believe it to be a tad overpriced.
