Also, only 2 full bathrooms. If you stay downstairs you will have to go upstairs to use the shower or use the one in the other bedroom downstairs.

We enjoyed the back deck and dock. It was very peaceful. Highlight of the house.
We didn’t use the pool.
The only bathroom with counter space is in the master & the showerhead in the other downstairs bathroom faces the shower door, so our parents had issues with turning on the shower without getting sprayed.
Other than that minor issue, we had zero problems and enjoyed the house.
We did believe it to be a tad overpriced.

  Lisa is an outstanding host very accessible and accommodating!!! Kids enjoyed the pool and patio. Nice neighborhood. The house is beautiful and well decorated.

Kitchen well stocked with cups, plates, etc.
