  Our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable. The pull-out couch was very messy, full of crumbs, and we had to vacuum it ourselves before using it. For the price we paid, the furniture could have been more updated and better maintained. On our last day, a very large roach ran from the upstairs bedroom to the bathroom and then back under the bed, which made us uncomfortable sleeping. We appreciated the recommendations left around the house for restaurants and activities, but pool maintenance happened midday during our stay and should have been completed before we arrived. Overall, the location and community were great and made the trip better, but considering the cleanliness, upkeep, and overall condition of the home, the price we paid feels debatable and not fully worth it.

Also, only 2 full bathrooms. If you stay downstairs you will have to go upstairs to use the shower or use the one in the other bedroom downstairs.

We enjoyed the patio every morning and evening and appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. The boys loved fishing off of the pier. Being able to rent a pontoon right from the house was very convenient.

Lisa was very communicative and easy to contact with questions.
