We enjoyed the patio every morning and evening and appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood. The boys loved fishing off of the pier. Being able to rent a pontoon right from the house was very convenient.

Lisa was very communicative and easy to contact with questions.

Lastly even though we only used two of the four bedrooms the mattress was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to accommodate even the pickiest of sleepers!   Spacious and clean. My Tahoe bottomed out driving into the steep driveway. Neighbors had offensive and rude signage displayed about the rental property, however the neighbors were friendly when encountered.

We enjoyed the back deck and dock. It was very peaceful. Highlight of the house.
We didn’t use the pool.
The only bathroom with counter space is in the master & the showerhead in the other downstairs bathroom faces the shower door, so our parents had issues with turning on the shower without getting sprayed.
Other than that minor issue, we had zero problems and enjoyed the house.
We did believe it to be a tad overpriced.
