  Great place to stay with a large group. Only 20 minutes from NOLA, plus it was peaceful if you just wanted to hang out and relax for the day.

We enjoyed the back deck and dock. It was very peaceful. Highlight of the house.
We didn’t use the pool.
The only bathroom with counter space is in the master & the showerhead in the other downstairs bathroom faces the shower door, so our parents had issues with turning on the shower without getting sprayed.
Other than that minor issue, we had zero problems and enjoyed the house.
We did believe it to be a tad overpriced.

At first there were several things missing and there was a malfunction with the air conditioner, the initial response was that we don't know how to search properly, after that there really isn't a problem, and even after she sent professionals (who didn't solve the problem) she still continued to say there were no problems. Only after three days and a lot of anger on our part did she produce solutions to the problems. It's a shame, the house is located in a very beautiful place, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
